We are fully committed to offering the best quality, natural products we can. If you do however, receive a damaged or otherwise unsatisfactory product from us, we will take full ownership and refund you.
We do not process returns due to the nature of the business, but do offer full refunds and replacements instead, all of our products can be fully refunded or replaced.
Please send an email to us at email@example.com, include a description and pictures (if possible of course).
We will notify you within 24 hours and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
